Returns & Cancellation

• Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order at no cost before it leaves our facility. Please contact Customer Support by submitting your request via the Contact Us form with your order ID. Orders can be cancelled within 5 hours once the order is confirmed.
• Refund Process: Refunds for returned products will be processed within 5–7 working days. Products must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
• Return Conditions: Returns should be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned product in its original condition.
• Non-returnable Items: All combo packs with cleaning accessories are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• You’ll be notified via email once the refund is issued.

Refunds are only issued for:

• Returned items that meet our return policy criteria
• Orders cancelled within the allowable window
